A: Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan easily online at any time.
Q: Where can I pick my phone numbers?
A: You'll pick your number during the signup process and can always add new ones and change existing ones from your account settings.
Q: What if I go over my monthly minutes?
A: After you've exhausted the total monthly minute usage on your account, we'll simply charge you a flat rate of 5¢ per each minute over your monthly limit.
Q: Can I transfer an existing number to Voiceably?
A: Yes, you can port any existing number to Voiceably.
Q: How do I place calls using my Voiceably number?
A: Calls can be placed from the website, or from one of our third-party mobile apps. Optionally, you can also setup a VoIP phone (land line phone) to interact with your Voiceably account, or an optional soft phone on your cell phone/desktop.
